  • Yes. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit before committing to anything.

  • We meet via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from anywhere private—your apartment, your car, your bedroom. All you need is decent internet and a device with a camera. Most people find it easier to open up when they're in their own space.

  • Sessions are $180. I'm out-of-network with insurance, which means you pay me directly. I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • Not directly, but I can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Many clients get a portion reimbursed. Call your insurance to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits for outpatient therapy.

  • We'll talk about what's going on, what brought you to therapy now, and what you're hoping will be different. I'll ask about your background, what you've tried before, and some standard mental health questions. By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and what we'll focus on together.

  • Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Your first session is 60 minutes.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions. Once you're feeling more stable, we might move to every other week. It depends on what you're dealing with and what works for your schedule.

  • You'll probably know pretty quickly. If you feel understood and if you leave the first session thinking "okay, I can actually talk to this person”, then that's a good sign.

  • There's no set timeline. Some people feel significantly better after a few months, others work with me for a year or more. It depends on what you're dealing with and what your goals are. We'll check in regularly about progress.

  • No. I'm a therapist, but not a psychiatrist. If you think medication might be helpful, I can help you find a psychiatrist or connect with your primary care doctor.
