Initial Session

Our first session, also called an intake session, is about understanding your story. We'll talk about:
What's bringing you to therapy right now
What you've been struggling with and for how long
What you want to feel or do differently
Your background and what's shaped your experiences
How I might be able to help
I'll ask clarifying questions and we'll start identifying patterns together. You'll get a sense of my style, and I'll be honest about whether I think we're a good fit for what you need.

Individual Session
$180
Our ongoing work happens in 50-minute sessions via telehealth, typically weekly to start and then we can adjust based on what works for you. In each session:
We start with what's most important to you that week
I'll ask questions, offer observations, and help you see patterns
Sessions feel conversational, not clinical—authentic and real
We might use worksheets, explore scenarios, or just talk things through
Most sessions end with something concrete to think about or try, though not always.
The work evolves based on what you need—some sessions are processing, some are problem-solving, some are just figuring things out together.
