Initial Session

Our first session, also called an intake session, is about understanding your story. We'll talk about:

  • What's bringing you to therapy right now

  • What you've been struggling with and for how long

  • What you want to feel or do differently

  • Your background and what's shaped your experiences

  • How I might be able to help

I'll ask clarifying questions and we'll start identifying patterns together. You'll get a sense of my style, and I'll be honest about whether I think we're a good fit for what you need.

Individual Session

$180

Our ongoing work happens in 50-minute sessions via telehealth, typically weekly to start and then we can adjust based on what works for you. In each session:

  • We start with what's most important to you that week

  • I'll ask questions, offer observations, and help you see patterns

  • Sessions feel conversational, not clinical—authentic and real

  • We might use worksheets, explore scenarios, or just talk things through

  • Most sessions end with something concrete to think about or try, though not always.

The work evolves based on what you need—some sessions are processing, some are problem-solving, some are just figuring things out together.
